Summary: Owen has a fuzzy yellow blanket that he takes with him everywhere. Unfortuneately, his parents and his neighbor, Mrs. Tweezers, are scheming to break him of the habit before school starts.
Butterfly’s notes: A great story for kids with blankets. In the end, Owen’s mother turns his blanket into handkerchieves, which is actually a great strategy. Handkerchieves made out of the blanket or in the same material as the blanket usually work pretty well for getting kids to part with their treasure.
